abcV sprouted from abc kitchen and is inspired by Jean-Georges’ personal journey and the cultural shift towards a plant-based future. The 75-seat restaurant serves high vibration, vegan and vegetable centric dishes that embrace wellness for both the body and planet. With a luminous design inspired by the white light and energy of the sun and moon, abcV’s interiors compliment the high vibration foods served, embracing balance with beauty wellness wisdom & love to nurture our personal and planetary ecosystems.
